ABOUT US

The Friends of the Chevy Chase Library was founded in 1995 to support the Chevy Chase Library.  We are an all-volunteer, community-based non-profit organization that strives both to support our library and to strengthen community engagement with the library.  When the library requests funding for programs, equipment, and staff appreciation we provide that support whenever our budget allows.  In addition we organize and fund supplemental programs that meet community needs and desires.  If you have a program idea, please contact us by email.
